The Token Bungalow is a real-world development, comprising a small parcel of land with planning permission for a simple three bedroom bungalow with a garage. This initiative strives:
a) To validate the hypothesis that an alignment of tokenized hyper-granular BIM, smart contract protocols, and a Decentralised-CDE can leverage the trustlessness and efficiencies offered by the arrangement of these technologies.
b) To deliver a building that is predictable in terms of time and cost, less wasteful in the construction process and measurably more energy efficient.
Collaborating with King’s College and University of the West of England (UWE), we’re exploring FAC-1, construction law, smart contracts, and critical realism.
