It enables complex parts to be formed in a single press operation, whilst achieving high levels of strength in the finished structure using standard grades in 2xxx, 6xxx and 7xxx, including highly recycled grades.

Pressed parts requiring high strength (for light-weighting), part integration (for cost reduction), deep/complex form, zero springback, tight radii, stable mechanical properties and reduced process operations are enabled by HFQ.
Aerospace
HFQ Technology enables the fast and cost-effective manufacture of a wide range of aerospace applications, by replacing multi-piece pressed/machined parts and assemblies. These include Aircraft Interiors and structural parts.
